9th OF AUGUST with AQUARIUS FULL MOON SEEMS A VERY BUSY TIME

The day Mars opposites Neptune-Saturn conjunction, Sun will also be in aspect with the duo, with Full Moon at 14°09’ Aquarius. The last time Mars opposited Saturn in Aries was January 1999. This year Mars will be in oppositon to Saturn conjunct Neptune. Checking on the year 1999 there were many events like:

·                 *January 1st – The euro currency is established and the European Central Bank assumes its full powers. Saturn rules the economy.

·               *10 Jan 1999 Sanjeev Nanda Car Incident in New Delhi: On January 10, 1999, Sanjeev Nanda, grandson of Indian Navy Chief and son of Indian arms dealer, was involved in a tragic incident where he fatally struck three police officers with his car in New Delhi.

·         *11 Jan 1999 Bülent Ecevit Forms New Turkish Government: Bülent Ecevit of the Democratic Left Party (DSP) formed the 56th government of Turkey, establishing an interim government. This marked a significant moment in Turkish political history, showcasing Ecevit's continued political influence.

·         On January 18, 1999, a devastating plane crash in Bosnia and Herzegovina resulted in the death of Džemal Bijedić, the Prime Minister of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, along with his wife and six other passengers. The incident was a significant loss for the Yugoslav government, cutting short the life of a prominent political leader during a tumultuous period in the region's history.

At the time of this article is written (05.07.2025) there is escalation of protests in Belgrade, Serbia against the government.

              January 13th, 1997,radical guerrillas (likely Shining Path) take 72 hostages at the Japanese Embassy in Lima, Peru, creating a tense international incident involving diplomatic personnel and armed militants. 

           January 19th, 1997,Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat made a historic return to Hebron after more than three decades, participating in celebrations marking the handover of the last Israeli-controlled city in the West Bank, symbolizing a significant moment in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.
